Information we process
We process your name, email, telephone number, shipping and billing address, order details, personalisation, payment status, and support messages to fulfil purchases, deliver goods, provide customer service, prevent fraud and meet recordkeeping obligations. Security services also process IP addresses and request logs.
Providers and international processing
Stripe handles payment details on its hosted checkout; we do not store full card numbers. Cloudflare hosts and secures the store. o2switch delivers email. Fulfilment providers and carriers receive the information necessary to prepare and deliver orders. Product images load from Shopify's CDN and fonts from Google Fonts. Data may be processed in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
Storage and cookies
Your bag is stored in browser local storage. A necessary secure cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Login codes expire after ten minutes. We retain order and support records as necessary for fulfilment, disputes, fraud prevention and legal accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them when no longer needed.
Your choices and complaints
Email us to request access to or correction of your personal information, to ask for deletion where applicable, or to make a privacy complaint. We may verify your identity and retain information we must keep for legal obligations. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers on this storefront.
