Prices and payment

Prices and payments are in Australian dollars (AUD). Catalogue prices are updated from our euro base prices using the latest available European Central Bank exchange rate. Review the final AUD total before payment; a confirmed payment amount does not change with later exchange-rate movements. DIGITALE BUSINESS LLP bears applicable taxes and import duties.

Ordering

Select the item, variant, quantity and any personalisation, then review your Australian delivery address and total. Stripe securely processes payment. We confirm orders after successful payment verification. Please check personalised text carefully before ordering.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is free and available only within Australia, estimated at 7–21 business days from purchase. We also offer a 14-day change-of-mind return period, subject to the procedures and exceptions in our returns policy. This voluntary policy does not limit the consumer guarantees and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Contact us promptly about an incorrect, damaged or missing item. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
