USE

1. Rinse your mouth and compare the shade of your teeth to those offered on the colour chart.
2. Fill each gutter with gel using the syringes provided.
3. Then position the gutters in your mouth.
4. Trigger the lamp for 7 to 10 minutes. Make sure that the teeth are in good contact with the whitening gel by applying light pressure if necessary.
5. Once the time has elapsed, remove the tray from the mouth. Rinse your teeth thoroughly with water. Remove the gutter from the lamp and rinse it as well.

Do not drink, eat or smoke for 15min after application. We recommend that you renew the treatment for 7 to 10 minutes per day until the desired shade is obtained or the gels are exhausted.
